About Your Donations, Where & How They are used

- projects that provide healthcare, improve developing communities, educate and empower the vulnerable and promote peace.

Women are taught work skills including tailoring and jewelry-making. Provides them with an opportunity to an occupation.

Weekly special classes, ongoing for past 5 years. Night classes for board exams. Boosts confidence, promotes learning life skills. Imparting spoken English classes. Cultural events and functions. Snacks are provided to the participating children. Rotarians engage themselves actively in this project.

  • Providing advanced eye care for ocular surface disorders and promoting awareness about the dangers of chemical injuries to the eye
  • Hospital Block at Alathur village, located 40 km from Chennai
  • Dental Care on Wheels, Thalavadi
  • Reinforcing Smiles. Dental Camps.
  • Sight Now Mobile Eye Surgical Unit (MESU) which does Screening & Cataract Surgery at a remote location.
  • Dialysis Centre at Saveetha Institute of Medical Service,Thalavad
  • Global Grant Value INR 36 Lakhs (USD 50000) Partners: – Rotary Foundation – Rotary Club Of Alor Star, Malaysia – Rotary Club Of Grand Baie, Mauritius 6 machines added in May 2017; 500 no cost dialysis done per month
  • Rotary Care: Feeding the Homeless, the underprivileged, poor people of Chennai with a Decent Meal. A meal costs as little as INR. 20 / USD 27 cents.
  • Distribution of relief materials during flood at Cuddalore District
  • Measures to provide food and first aid to disaster-hit areas.
