Greetings and wishes, member expressed if President can call the person and wish and not just a whatsapp message, which was discussed that it is less possible to call everyone while the world is on whatsapp, however President informed he shall do his best having a greeting committee. 7. Member pointed to identify the root cause of low attendance during weekly meetings, can be less co-ordination for events, leadership to join together and to work on having the emotional bonding of members what makes them to come for a meeting and the same to be brainstormed. 8. It was reiterated that we should avoid inviting Anns for the weekly meeting as was done earlier. And senior members and Past Presidents to support having considerable attendance. 9. Member expressed that we should renew/review 360 degree on all best practices to improve member attendance 10.
