The Parimatram initiative, conceptualized by Vocational Service Director Rtn. Karthikeyan K.S, is designed to facilitate business learning and knowledge exchange among members. Its core vision is to serve as a platform where Rotarians can learn from each other’s professional experiences and insights by showcasing inspiring entrepreneurial journeys and proven business practices. The initiative aims to foster collaborative learning and growth among members.

Key Presentations Delivered

Rtn. V. Sridhar’s Inspiring Entrepreneurial Journey: The highlight of the inaugural event was Rtn. V. Sridhar, who hosted the session at his Enmac Systems office. He shared his career path, starting with a modest four-digit salary at Voltas, and his decision to launch Enmac Systems, inspired by his wife, Madam Akila. Sridhar detailed his journey from securing a major HVAC project for Residency Towers in 2002 when Enmac’s turnover was ₹20 lakhs, to facing a major setback in 2012 when partners exited. He demonstrated remarkable resilience, implementing ERP systems in 2017 and practicing strong financial discipline to transform Enmac into a ₹70 crore company, with a goal to reach ₹100 crores. His presentation was described as "wonderful and impactful" and "inspiring".

Keynote Address by Business Coach Ramesh K. Narain (RKN): RKN delivered an insightful and action-oriented session on scaling businesses through structure and clarity. His session was considered "meaningful" and provided "practical inputs" for business or profession.

30-Second Member Introduction Segment: Members briefly introduced their professional domains. This was intended to foster better understanding and collaboration opportunities within the club.
