Sincere appreciation to PP Rtn Neelakantan and Ann Dr Geetha Iyer for an insightful Parimatram session that seamlessly combined knowledge, motivation, and fellowship. The discussion offered valuable takeaways on eye care, notably the reminder not to splash water on the eyes, as natural tears are irreplaceable in protecting them. A practical three-point mantra from Expert Speaker Rtn Ramaprasad for daily motivation; Purpose, Autonomy, and Mastery and the DRIVE framework were excellent takeaways. The engaging exchanges and generous hospitality complemented by delectable refreshments created a truly meaningful evening.
