Project Vizhudugal is a continuing women empowerment program in it's third episode now.  It is an IT skill training program for 25 underprivileged girl students of Computer Science/IT in Shri Krishnaswamy College for Women in Chennai. The program duration is 6 months and would cover latest industry relevant technologies (like web design, graphics, Zoho apps) and soft skills to make them employable. Besides certification of the successful students we will enable their placements too. Our Training Partner is Mr Raghav of iGiver-a NGO and he has deployed a team of expert Trainers. RCG has signed a MOU covering the deliverables and other aspects. The College Management - the Principal, the HODs are closely involved. In today's launch event, Chief Guest PDG Chandramohan, Guest of Honour Mrs Janani Panchapakesan, CTO Rays & Reach, RCGians: Prez Radha, Rtn Basheer, Rtn Balaji,  Rtn Vasu Venkat, delivered impactful and motivational speeches to the students. RCGians have contributed to the tune of Rs 3.5 lakhs for this cause. We will be further involved in monitoring the progress and ensuring a successful outcome.
