Visit to TN Legislative Assembly during Budget Session

Attendees: RCGians, Anns, C0-Presidents, Interact School Students-20 and 6 Teachers

A memorable and enriching day marked RCG’s visit to the Tamil Nadu Legislative Assembly at Fort St. George to witness the State Budget discussions live. An inspiring initiative by President Radha Krish, the visit offered 65 participants—including RCG members, co-presidents from other clubs, Anns, Interact students, and teachers—a rare opportunity to see democracy in action beyond television screens. Despite multiple approvals and strict security protocols, the event was seamlessly organised. Students from ELM and Kannada Sangha schools found it especially enlightening as they observed ministers and leaders in person. Heartfelt thanks to Sathish Ji Sridharan, Nandagopal, Nithin, VSD Karthikeyan, and all who supported this proud Rotary moment.
